No, I report people that violate policy, did you even read the thread I linked to you. Trust me, she was willing to rat you out, and I personally would want to know if I had someone like that in my social circle. I have reported so many 12 (and sometimes younger) year olds on this site it's not even funny. Truth be told though, I was actually not the one to report you, I just reported her and the thread in which she so willingly ratted you out.
